with 2 years of experience who builds 0–1, scales through UX iterating and turns complexity into intuitive experiences.
I take AI-native products from 0→1 and make complex
systems feel obvious.
Hi I am Saakshi Dixit,
a product designer

My Projects
B2B SAAS · AI CODING ASSISTANT
Building a vibecoder with
backend capabilities
Problem
Builders couldn't tell if the agent had understood them or was quietly
getting it wrong.
Key decision
Make the agent's thinking visible in real time, instead of hiding it behind a
loading state.
Research insight
Builders trusted the system when they could see progress and reasoning — not just the final result.
Outcome
Reached $150K ARR and #1 Product of the Day within 2 months of launch.
Impact

Social impact · DISCOVERY-LED· NDA · Google org
A Global AI Use Cases Repository
Problem
Relevant AI work in the social sector existed, but language and keyword search made it nearly impossible to find.
Key decision
Converge archetypes around intent, not identity — design for the person who doesn't know the right keyword yet.
Research insight
90+ raw needs across 6+ stakeholder sessions consistently pointed to the same
4 problem themes.
Outcome
Validated high-fidelity prototype with a working design system, ready for build.

MARKETPLACE · WEB & MOBILE0→1
Building India's first P2P aquarium marketplace
Problem
No platform in India handled species compatibility, tank size, or trust between buyers and sellers.
Key decision
Audit 8+ Indian and 15+ global platforms before designing, instead of assuming what a niche marketplace needed.
Research insight
Hobbyists, breeders, and boutique sellers were united by one need: trust over rare,
specific species.
Outcome
Dev-ready hi-fi prototype with full buyer/seller flows, now
staging for launch.

MOBILE · RESEARCH-LED REDESIGN· PET TECH
Improvisation of the Pet
Parent App
Problem
Users couldn't discover features the app already had — clutter buried the tools
they needed.
Key decision
Design for familiarity over novelty, using Jakob's Law to mirror apps users
already trusted.
Research insight
12 interviews across a 100-user pool converged on the same three
pain categories.
Outcome
Home-screen redesign handed to the product design team, carried into the shipped build.

Thesis · Nimhans
Beyond Borders - Thesis
Problem
Rural India has almost no access to post-stroke rehabilitation, though 75% of recovery depends on it.
Key decision
Design tools from what a village already has, instead of importing equipment or therapists it doesn't
Research insight
Sevikas — trusted local women — are the de facto healthcare providers, but lack tools and confidence to
guide recovery.
Outcome
Chosen as an outreach programme initiative for NIMHANS.

Impact

I design the system, not just the screen.
A math background means I default to mapping the system: the decision points, the edge cases, the "what happens when this breaks" — before I open Figma.
Strategy first, pixels second. I'd rather spend an extra week understanding the problem space than
redesign twice.
People in real life, not just users.
My main motivation of creating digital experiences is to provide people with more opportunities. I believe that human potential is limitless and the mission of digital environment is to nourish it.
